U.S Shipping - (United states shipping.) Delivery via USPS can take anywhere between 1 - 6 business days from ordering! (The Covid19 virus may create longer delays by the post office).
International Shipping - We currently only ship internationally to CANADA, more locations will be added soon! All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that our company and store "The Kookie Kollection" is not responsible for additional custom fees, VAT, customs clearance cost, duties, taxes, brokerage fees & tariffs per international order. We "The Kookie Kollection ship all international packages: "Delivery Duties Unpaid." Purchase Terms & Conditions: You must be 18 years or Age or older to purchase any and all products from this website.-Unless stated otherwise, all shipping fees to and from "The Kookie Kollection" are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I make a return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or give refunds on any items. We do offer exchanges on the "Sugar Kookie Shaper" only! The return will equal store credit to the customer (shipping not included in exchange credit). Once you receive a store credit you will be prompted to process new order to exchange your size. All other products sold on this website are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Packages returned to us for any reason other than "damaged product received" are subject to a re-shipping fee. Example; If the customer enters the wrong address on the order and needs it re-shipped, because the package was returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-ship fees.

How do I know my size? (Referring to: Sugar Kookie Shaper and Sugar Kookie Sweat belt)
Hey Dolls! Let's jump into the proper way to measure your waistlines to choose YOUR size shaper. First, you will need to measure your waist! Please use a measuring tape to obtain your waist measurement in inches: (Walmart or your local craft store should have some for purchase!) Start the tape where your belly button is and take it around your waist until the tape meets back at the front. The number shown where the tape meets at is your waistline! Don't fight the chart, the chart has been tested! We offer sizes XS - 9X! So that you can best enjoy our product, Do Not Guess Your Size! The sizes of the shapers are not to be compared or matched with your size in clothing/apparel items.
What If your waist measurement is borderline between 2 sizes shown on our size chart?
(For ex. Your Waist = 38 in. ; Our Size Chart = 2x & 3x)
For tighter compression: choose 2x ; For a comfortable fit: choose 3x
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! We know you are excited to receive your trainer, but sizing yourself is a crucial step! It's the most the most important part! We only want to provide you with a great product, but the entire process will be longer with exchanges if you get the wrong size. (Refunds not offered).

My package is missing, what do I do next?
If you find that your package is missing after being confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier (refer to your tracking number for delivery information), please contact the shipping carrier directly. As a trusted seller, we take responsibility for all packages until the tracking states “Delivered”. If your package has been marked as delivered, but you did not receive it you can file a claim to your local post office.
Once your package leaves our warehouse and is received by the post office, The Kookie Kollection is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You may find additional information on filing a claim on USPS website: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Why can't I place an order?
If you are having issues placing an order or your form of payment is being denied please try contacting your Bank, or Credit Card Company for more information.

Once your order is paid for and confirmed, no changes can be made. If you would like to try and make a last minute change, we may be able to assist you if your product has not yet been shipped off. Include your order number, and complete name as details on what changes you would like to make to the order. Please note that we may not always be able to make changes to an existing order. If the order has been processed and shipped, but we will do our best to assist you.
Why is my promo code not working?
If you are using a promo code that requires a minimum purchase, please confirm that your order total at the time of checkout meets the minimum order requirements.

Why might I need to verify my order?
A small percentage of customers may be required to verify their order, due to an increasing rate of credit card fraud. The Kookie Kollection takes extra measures to ensure consumer safety.

Belt care & wear
Do Not Iron.
Do not machine wash.
Do not put in the dryer.
Use a empty spray bottle, with a mild detergent and water mix. Spray your shaper with the mix and clean with a clean towel or sponge.
Rinse with water with another clean towel or sponge and let your belt air dry.
Quick tip : Hang it over a hanger to dry :)

What is afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them later in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Afterpay? Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag/cart and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! How does the Afterpay payment schedule work? When will my items be delivered if I use afterpay?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. Malfunctions & Guarantees
If your belt malfunctions, you may be eligible for a store credit within 14 days of your belt being delivered. We do not offer warranties or guarantees, but we do try to assist our customers as best as possible for company faults. We cannot grant replacements for belt malfunctions after 14 days due to the nature of not knowing how much the belt was being used & not knowing the nature of the intensity of use by the customer.
